About the Role
- Plan dreamy getaways for discerning travelers
- Collaborate with clients to create customized itineraries
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, converting them into bookings through smart follow-ups, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a CRM with updated communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, web)
- Convert leads into bookings through proactive follow-ups
- Design and deliver bespoke itineraries
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay up-to-date on Bali hotels, experiences, and travel regulations
- Upsell premium experiences and upgrades
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of B2C travel sales experience (international preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest or love for Bali as a destination
- Target-driven with excellent follow-up habits
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
