AI Delivery Manager Job Description

The role of AI Delivery Manager is a pivotal leadership position within a rapidly scaling fintech organisation. The successful candidate will lead programme execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI and GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact

Requirements:

  • Experience as a delivery leader or programme manager in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks
