Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of scalable, high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with at least 2 years of experience as a tech lead. They should possess excellent technical skills, including hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability. They will also collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers
  • Managing project delivery and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Collaborating with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features
  • Taking ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
