Senior Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is a senior technical support role requiring 8-10 years of experience in field service for UPS Inverter systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management - Manage repairs center performance and ensure compliance to standards.
- Inventory recovery, Repairs Time-to-Achieve (TAT), Quality of repairs.
- Escalations and support regions with technical solutions.
- Analysis of field failures and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
- Customer discussion on RCA and onsite meetings as needed.
- Partner training activities and designing training modules.
- Audit findings and Partner adherence to standards.
- On-site visits for escalated cases and Gate review meetings.
Requirements
- Fundamental Knowledge - Good knowledge of Electricals, UPS Systems, Inverters troubleshooting and circuit diagrams analysis.
- Interaction with Business Partners and zonal service team.
- Technical Proficiency - Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
