Job Title

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 specialist to lead and guide our testing efforts for SAP S4 implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S4, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to direct a team to achieve high testing standards.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the SAP S4 testing activities including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coverage of testing activities.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members.
  • Report testing progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-9 years of experience in SAP S4 testing or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 modules such as Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
  • Proficiency in test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Worksoft, or Tricentis.
  • Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
