**Job Title:** ArchitectThis is a full-time role overseeing design development, coordinating consultants and contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring smooth execution of projects on a day-to-day basis.We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in project management, expediting approvals, and handling logistics related to construction and interiors.The ideal candidate will have strong design development and project coordination skills, experience in project management and site execution, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.A bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field is required. Previous experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects is a plus.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office is expected. Knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and material specifications is also necessary.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee design development, including conceptualization, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Strong design development and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
