Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily finance & accounting activities
  • Cash receipts & payments management
  • Revenue recognition & accounting
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Payroll & utilities management
  • Expense planning and management
  • Budget preparation & variance analysis
  • Assets reconciliation
  • Financial data analysis and reporting
  • Treasury operations, including weekends
  • Establish and enforce expense policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering business growth
  • Support in fund raising activities, as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years' experience in accounting or treasury management
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • In-depth knowledge of payment operations and digital payment processing
  • Education: MBA Finance or BBA Finance
  • Ability to manage relationships internally and externally
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Background in financial services / payments industry preferred
