Job Title: Senior AEM Architect

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior AEM Architect to lead technical teams in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into effective AEM solutions by collaborating with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Lead technical discussions, client demos, and create proof-of-concepts (POCs) for complex projects.
  • Mentor junior teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.
  • Drive excellence in deployment, release management, and operations for high-availability systems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • At least 5 years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar Web Content Management (WCM)/Enterprise Content Management (ECM) product suites.
  • Expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts, including user interface (UI) components and data models.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Additional Information:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement long-term plans for our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe AEM, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.
