We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage and direct a high-performing team of engineers in the field of Oracle ERP/EPM. The ideal candidate will have experience in people leadership, performance management, and talent development.

The successful individual will lead a global engineering team in Hyderabad, India, working closely with US leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment on strategic direction and resource planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a high-performing team of engineers in the Oracle ERP/EPM field.
  • Driving performance management through goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partnering with HR to develop and implement talent development programs.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to engineers and principal engineers.
  • Ensuring effective communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Working closely with US leadership to align on guidance and strategic direction.
  • Supporting workforce planning, including hiring and onboarding.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams.
