Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehousing Executive to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods at our airport facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations, managing stock shipments, coordinating with security teams, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting stock shipments to ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Cordinating with CISF for security screening and arranging loading, unloading, and palletizing of goods.
  • Stacking goods on a FIFO basis and verifying discrepancies with Category SCM team.
  • Bonding shipments and updating GRN systems, as well as notifying Category and SCM teams accordingly.
  • Preparing shipping bills, intimation letters, and updating bond registers.
  • Maintaining warehouse equipment, monitoring cold storage temperatures, and ensuring fire safety regulations are followed.
  • Liaising with Customs to resolve operational issues and obtaining necessary certificates.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of warehousing management principles, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a similar environment. Proficiency in MS Office and Navision MM module is also required.
