Job Title

Security Operations Manager

As a Security Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day physical security operations of our facilities. You will assist in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees and customers.

You will work closely with our crisis management and business continuity teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting front desk security operations, including proper identification and authorization procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field, as well as experience with security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day physical security operations
  • Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures
  • Working closely with crisis management and business continuity teams
  • Supporting front desk security operations
  • Providing support and guidance to 3rd party security teams

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • ~3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • ~ Indirect leadership experience
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure
  • Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Eptura iOffice
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness
