We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and instrumentation used in our thermal engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems, with hands-on experience in designing and developing electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.

You will also be responsible for selecting and specifying sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters. Additionally, you will develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist, you will oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning. You will also coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.
  • Select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters.
  • Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site.
  • Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects furnaces, boilers, process plants preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in PLC programming Siemens, Delta, etc.
  • HMI/SCADA development.
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics.
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan preferred, and Excel.
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance.
