We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our business-analytics roadmap, leveraging your skills in techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management.

  • Develop strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.
  • Perform a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.

As an Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop new consulting business capabilities within target industry verticals, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving analytical skills to innovatively think through complex business problems and develop straightforward data solutions.

You will be required to liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment, maintaining a strong mandate profile of business consulting experience around FP&A, Zero Base Budgeting, and other related finance themes.

In this dynamic role, you will push the boundaries of what is possible by seamlessly combining technical expertise and creativity to tackle intrinsically complex business problems and convert them into actionable insights.
