Key System Developer

We are seeking an experienced system developer for a short-term project involving the migration of critical data from existing solutions to a target platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with database design, scripting, and reporting. A good understanding of architecture, relational models, and integrations is also required.

The role involves reviewing current databases to identify dependencies, integration points, and migration challenges. The successful candidate will be able to deliver within short timelines and work with minimal supervision.

  • Migrate data, scripts, and layouts from existing systems to the target platform.
  • Review current databases to identify dependencies, integration points, and migration challenges.
  • Handle blank tables that need to be re-mapped to ensure a successful migration.
  • Re-map all SQL fields in existing systems.
  • Update national numbering for Providence Health and SSM Health.
  • Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Document migration steps, configuration changes, and best practices.
  • Work with project stakeholders to address requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience as a database developer (database design, scripting, reporting).
  • Good understanding of architecture, relational models, and integrations.
  • Ability to deliver within short timelines and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work during business hours.
