About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership position in our pest management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Core Operations:
  • Ensure that all field staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service delivery and material consumption.
  • Advance Operations:
  • Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and optimize material consumption to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Implement a robust inventory management system to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE):
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant SHE regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
  • People Management:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support the development of team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
