About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Professional to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations, configuring and customizing the SAP QM module, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions, conducting system testing and providing user training and documentation, troubleshooting and resolving SAP QM functional and technical issues, participating in SAP projects including implementations, rollouts and upgrades, supporting integration between QM and other SAP modules, and managing master data related to quality inspection plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments, a strong understanding of quality management principles, experience configuring quality control processes, familiarity with integration points between QM and other SAP modules, and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations

Requirements
