Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join its team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Java development within an enterprise-level domain.

About the Role :

  • This role involves designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and efficient software applications using Java 8 (11 preferred) features like lambda expressions, Stream API, CompletableFuture, etc.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with the team to implement CI/CD pipelines and shift left testing
  • This position requires expertise in asynchronous programming, multithreading, implementing APIs, and Microservices, including Spring Boot
  • The candidate will work with databases, including SQL, and experience with data sourcing, data modeling, and data enrichment
  • Contribute to systems design and ensure seamless integration with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS
  • Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements :

  • At least 8 years of experience in Java development
  • Expertise in low-latency, high-volume application development
  • Proficiency in asynchronous programming, multithreading, implementing APIs, and Microservices, including Spring Boot
  • Experience with databases, including SQL, and data sourcing, data modeling, and data enrichment
  • Cloud computing experience, preferably with AWS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Golang and/or Rust
  • Knowledge of Kafka, MongoDB, Sonar, Jenkins, Oracle DB, Sybase IQ, DB2, Drools, CMS tools like Adobe AEM, search tools like Algolia, ElasticSearch or Solr, and Spark
