About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Director to lead our dine-in growth efforts across multiple outlets. This role will be responsible for driving business expansion through innovative sales strategies and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement quarterly and annual growth strategies that align with company objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities to drive dine-in sales.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Enhance customer experience by identifying pain-points and implementing solutions.
    • Co-create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Operational and Culinary Heads to ensure product consistency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
