
Sales Operations Director for Dine-In Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Director to lead our dine-in growth efforts across multiple outlets. This role will be responsible for driving business expansion through innovative sales strategies and effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual growth strategies that align with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities to drive dine-in sales.
- Team Management:
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
- Customer Engagement:
- Enhance customer experience by identifying pain-points and implementing solutions.
- Co-create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Operational and Culinary Heads to ensure product consistency.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
