Senior Security Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Solutions Engineer to join our team at Fortinet. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge security solutions and be part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security solutions for our customers across India and SAARC regions. As a key member of our Presales Engineering team, you will work closely with our Account Team to provide pre-sales support, conduct technical discussions, and deliver compelling solution presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide second-level pre-sales support to our field Sales Engineers, assisting with RFPs/RFIs, design, solution specification, and product information.
- Work on key projects to ensure Fortinet's success, leading technical discussions, articulating technology, and demonstrating differentiated value.
- Design and deliver internal workshops, building technical materials to support sales activities, including slideware, solution briefs, white papers, and success stories.
- Perform external workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for prospects or customers, collaborating with our Account Sales Engineers.
- Validate network designs, customer PoC setups, and network deployments for new products and features, ensuring they meet Fortinet's high standards.
- Effectively disseminate product knowledge to our Sales Team and Channel partners.
- Act as a point of contact for our Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team, reporting and consolidating customer needs across India, validating business cases, writing, and escalating feature requests.
- Analyze project trends, provide market vision, and contribute to the development of commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering presentations to CXOs, Partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to interface seamlessly between Sales and Presales teams, Customers, and Partners, requiring good technical, presentation, and PR skills.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, and NDR, with working knowledge of automation scripts using various platforms.
- Proven experience in developing Security Operations (SecOPS) Solutions and Architectures for customers.
- Good hands-on experience with deploying NGFW, WAF, Mail security, and other security solutions in diverse environments.
- Strong problem-solving, monitoring, and incident response skills.
- Ability to deliver technical training to partners and create use-cases based on available solutions and customer requirements.
