Job Opportunity for a Skilled Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS and GI pipe fitting.

  • Installation, alignment, and fitting of MS and GI pipes as per drawings and site requirements
  • Cutting, threading, and welding of pipes using appropriate tools and machines
  • Ability to measure, mark, and lay out piping routes accurately
  • Assembling and securing pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using hand and power tools
  • Pressure testing and leak detection of pipelines

The successful candidate must have an ITI Fitter certification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pipeline installation, alignment, and maintenance for industrial, commercial, or construction projects.

A strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards is essential. Coordination with other site workers, welders, plumbers, supervisors is crucial to complete the installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Ensure accurate installation, alignment, and fitting of MS and GI pipes as per drawings and site requirements
  • Pipe Fabrication: Cut, thread, and weld pipes using appropriate tools and machines
  • Piping Route Layout: Measure, mark, and lay out piping routes accurately
  • Assembly and Securing: Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using hand and power tools
  • Testing and Inspection: Perform pressure testing and leak detection of pipelines

Requirements:

  • ITI Fitter certification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pipeline installation, alignment, and maintenance
