As a seasoned video production expert, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of video projects to ensure timely delivery at the highest creative standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and manage the full video production lifecycle from planning to delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects across multiple time zones, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Lead and manage the full video production lifecycle from intake and planning to filming and post-production delivery.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders, creative teams, and vendors to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  4. Oversee pre-production activities, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
  5. Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with budget, quality, and creative vision.
  6. Manage vendor relationships globally, including onboarding, contracting, and performance tracking.
  7. Ensure all outputs comply with brand and partner guidelines.
  8. Track and report production budgets in collaboration with Finance.
  9. Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and develop scalable production processes.
  10. Represent production in cross-functional meetings, providing clarity and structure.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety protocols for all physical shoots.
  12. Travel domestically and internationally for on-location shoots when required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in video production management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous productions across global teams.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across cultures.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in global production environments and EdTech content creation.
  • Familiarity with production safety standards and digital asset management.
  • Knowledge of post-production workflows and industry best practices.
