Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Architect to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an experienced architect to lead projects from initial conceptualization to execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing clear diagrams using CAD software for effective project communication.
  • Ensuring timely project execution with attention to detail.
  • Conducting regular quality assurance checks to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Liaising with government departments and utilizing strong contacts for project facilitation.
  • Crafting technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.
  • Implementing design concepts aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborating with construction professionals and project teams.
  • Demonstrating expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.

Requirements:

A B. Arch/M. Arch degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Skills required include:

  • Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
