Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business expansion in rural areas of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our secured MSME lending business, focusing on informal customer segments with undocument income profiles.

This role involves establishing a strong distribution and credit team, designing effective credit assessment frameworks, and implementing efficient operations and collections processes.

The successful candidate will ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric lending experiences.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in MSME or secured lending space, with expertise in credit underwriting, sales, and collections.
  • Proven track record of scaling a lending business to significant AUM milestones.
  • In-depth understanding of lending to informal/undocumented customer segments.
  • Prior experience working in states where we operate is mandatory.
  • Fluency in local languages in these regions is an added advantage.
