Role Overview:

  • Understand pricing and Billing business requirements.
  • Participate in documenting requirement discussions and ORMB solution discussions.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
  • Implement the test plan for Integration, Unit testing, System integration testing, and User acceptance testing.
  • Plan and execute parallel runs.
  • Provide user training to customer business users/testing teams.
  • Generate test data for automation tools.

Required Skills Set:

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual and Automation).
  • Minimum 4 years of testing experience in ORMB.
  • Solid understanding of ORMB configuration setup, including pricing eligibility criteria, pricing setup, TFM rules, rate schedules, and account/customer management.
  • Solid understanding of Billing concepts and processes, such as invoice construction, on-demand billing, trial billing, multi-currency accounts, subscription billing, and accrual processes.
  • Experience with SQL/PL-SQL, Rest Services, and API testing.
  • Experience with web-based frontend and backend testing.
  • Preferred experience with automation tools for ORMB testing.
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing automation scripts.
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies, including Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements quickly, design test strategies, and provide effort estimations for SOWs using best QA practices.
  • Collaborate with development engineers, product teams, and build/release teams.
  • Participate in problem-solving, providing RCA with business testers and ORMB product teams.
  • Assist in business configuration and SR creation with product teams.
  • Support production billing runs and lead parallel run executions.
  • Plan and conduct internal trainings and lead internal initiatives for creating consulting accelerators.
