Job Title: Human Resources Leader

The role of Human Resources Leader involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward and recognition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic reports on HR, payroll, and learning and development, including employment law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies, and procedures, and legislation.
  • Executing the HR strategy and managing core areas of the HR department.
  • Developing and implementing diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting senior colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGD-HR), or a related field. Desired skills include excellent knowledge of HR practices and vast working knowledge of HR systems.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources is required for this position.
