Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full stack development, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.

- Work across the full technology stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and servers.

2. Front-End Development

- Implement responsive and dynamic web interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

3. Back-End Development

- Build and maintain robust server-side logic using Java and ensure smooth data interchange between the server and users.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs that meet both current and future application requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with DevOps to ensure the applications are deployed and maintained in a stable environment.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

5. Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development practices.

- Implement and follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Skills & Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.E., B.Tech), or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in full stack development with a focus on both front-end and back-end.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Java, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience working as a full stack developer or in a similar role.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
