Global Services is the backbone of BCG, providing corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators, and specialists represents all levels, from Partner to entry-level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries.

The Opportunity:

BCG has embarked on a transformative journey powered by cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. We are seeking experienced Generative AI engineers who are passionate about designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Gen AI products at scale.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI/Gen AI projects as individual contributors (IC), from ideation to deployment, ensuring they deliver impactful insights
  • Own end-to-end design, development & deployment of machine learning solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Build and train different types of machine learning, deep learning models targeted for specific business outcomes
  • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomes
  • Share expertise and perspectives on alternate approaches & tools to improve end solution
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, LLM engineers, Full stack AI engineers, QA, product owners, and analysts to create and operationalize data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance and security requirements
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and successful integration of data-driven insights into business strategies

Your Qualifications:

  • Overall 7+ years of experience in technology, analytics, data science & AI
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building & deploying AI/ML/Gen AI solutions across wide variety of problems
  • 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products
  • Experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and agent architectures
  • Experience in working with variety of open source (e.g. Llama, Mistral) & closed source LLMs( e.g. Open AI, Anthropic)
  • Experience in applying MLOps principles to deploy, monitor and enhance AI/ML models
  • Experience with LLMOps tools (e.g. Langsmith) to track accuracy, hallucinations, bias in Gen AI solutions
  • Experience with variety of Python libraries e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow
  • Experience in deploying solutions on a cloud platform – AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP
  • Expertise in container technologies – Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow to design, schedule and monitor data processing pipelines
  • Experience with microservices architecture, FastAPIs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global company, with a diverse team of both technical and functional backgrounds located in multiple time zones
