Job Title: Financial Audit Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and execute financial statement audits, guiding assigned staff in their tasks, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

About the Role:

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional to lead medium to complex engagements, develop reasonable time budgets, and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.
  • Mentor, train and supervise junior level staff on technical issues, communicate with Senior Manager/Directors on work status and client issues that arise.
  • Act as a responsible leader, maintain Client Relationship by focusing on quality and service excellence, ensure proper documentation and review of engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, risk assessments, testing, and completion of engagements.
  • Design audit approaches, supervise audit teams, prepare and review final reports.
  • Attend mandatory technical training sessions, comply with firm/Audit department policies.

Requirements for Success:

  • Inter-CA/ACCA/CPA/CA with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach, knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and International standards of Auditing (ISA).
  • Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills, strong grasp of business and technical issues and industry trends.
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
