Job Title: Front-End Architect

About the Role:

  • A senior front-end developer is required to lead the development of intuitive, scalable and high-performing user interfaces for innovative digital solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep experience in modern web technologies and a strong sense of UI/UX, performance and accessibility.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our Digital AgTech team based in Pune. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting user interfaces that positively impact the global agriculture ecosystem.

As a seasoned front-end engineer with expertise in Angular, you will lead front-end development efforts, collaborate closely with design and backend teams, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor team members and uphold high standards for code quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive, accessible and high-performance web applications using various technologies.
  • Take ownership of UI modules and lead development from concept to deployment.
  • Translate design mockups and requirements into high-quality, reusable code.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle — planning, development, testing and deployment.
  • Identify performance issues and implement optimizations to ensure smooth user experiences.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing and adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor junior front-end developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Maintain and evolve component libraries, shared utilities and internal design systems.
  • Work within Agile/SCRUM frameworks, participating in sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ensure application performance, uptime and scalability while maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.
  • Collaborate well in an Agile team, both with the developer team and the customer.
