- You will identify training needs, create comprehensive HRD calendars aligned with business objectives, design customized learning modules for employees, manage training budgets, and select internal/external trainers for skill-building initiatives.
- In the realm of Performance Management & Career Planning, you will design streamlined Performance Management Systems (PMS), facilitate goal-setting processes across management cadres, coordinate PMS cycles, finalize performance ratings using Bell Curve methodology, and facilitate promotion interviews.
- Talent Management & Employee Engagement are also key areas where your skills will shine as you coordinate Development Assessment Centers, create Individual Development Plans (IDPs), conduct consensus discussions to determine employee career paths, promote high employee engagement, and develop tracked OHS action plans.
- Industrial Relations & Relationship Management require strong employee-management relations, union negotiation, grievance resolution, and extensive networking with cross-functional teams. Compensation Management involves salary records, compensation structures updates, and performance-linked incentives.
- Statutory Compliance & Audits demand maintaining statutory records, managing calculations and remittances, conducting audits, and ensuring timely resolutions.
