We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Supply Chain Consultant to join our team

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations. As a Technical Supply Chain Consultant, you'll play a critical role in end-to-end business processes using the RapidResponse platform.

  • You will have good knowledge on core RR authoring and analytics.
  • You will refine and review technical changes on the RR tool.
  • You will write test cases, unit testing, capture test results, and document them.
  • You will support UAT and Hypercare.
  • You will follow agile practices in your project delivery.
  • You will adhere to best coding practices (authoring notes and comments).
  • You will support hiring, training, and mentoring of new team members.
  • You will upskill on latest changes coming up on RR tool in terms of authoring and analytics.
  • Bonus domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory planning, and Capacity Planning with constraints and yields is a plus for this role.
  • You will have system integration knowledge to connect with other enterprise or stand-alone systems (interfaces, connections, imports, exports).
  • You will coordinate with Micron Operations Support teams as needed, to resolve user issues.
  • You will have RR tool knowledge on resources like workbooks, Automation Tasks, Forms, and Scripts, Dashboards, and Widgets.
  • You will have RR analytical knowledge (Netting, CTP, FLP etc.,) and attribute-based planning in RR.
  • You will possess good programming skills with adequate knowledge on PL/SQL programming and Java.

About You:

We're looking for someone with 5-6 years of experience in a Business or equivalent IT functional role, preferably in Supply Chain Sales & Operations or Business Planning (S&OP). A strong background in using Kinaxis RapidResponse, specifically in Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting, is essential. Experience in a manufacturing company, particularly in the high-tech or semiconductor industry, would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS applications and Agile / Scrum methodology is also desirable.

Your Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.

A Day in Your Life:

You will be responsible for refining and reviewing technical changes on the RR tool, writing test cases, unit testing, capturing test results, and documenting them. You will also support UAT and Hypercare while following agile practices in your project delivery. Additionally, you will adhere to best coding practices, support hiring, training, and mentoring of new team members, and upskill on latest changes coming up on RR tool in terms of authoring and analytics.
