Finance Content Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality training content for finance training programs. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our content meets industry standards, follows trends, and caters to the specific needs of clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Review:
    • Design and develop content for Financial & Business Skills programs
    • Create pre, post, and other assessments to evaluate program effectiveness
    • Maintain and update the repository of all created content
    • Update the Learning Management System with new content
    • Review content from team members and freelance developers
    • Support proposal design and creation for B2B client proposals and training outlines
    • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates
  • Client Support & Product Development:
    • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers
    • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues to relevant parties
    • Support Kaplan MENA trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics
  • One of the following certifications: MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
