Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to assist our project team in delivering high-quality projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager to ensure timely completion of projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide support for project-related activities.

  • Create detailed project plans highlighting milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track and manage project progress, ensuring stakeholder accountability and timely completion.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating project schedules and defining project deliverables based on project scope.
  • Tracking and managing project milestones and customer-reported issues.
  • Maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, scope amendments, and key customer communication archives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to build detailed project plans highlighting milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to track and enforce project plans, ensuring stakeholder accountability and timely completion.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to think out of the box and provide innovative solutions to challenges.
