Digital Marketing Manager – Google, Meta

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in a mission-driven environment and can scale campaigns globally while optimizing for ROI.

  • Strategize, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Optimize ads for performance: drive CPA, ROAS, CTR across regions
  • Collaborate with content, analytics, SEO, and design teams to align creative and landing page messaging
  • Lead A/B testing and audience targeting experiments
  • Track and report performance metrics using GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid acquisition funnels
  • Ensure compliance with brand and platform guidelines
Experience & Skills Required
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-platform campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Experience in international markets (North America, Europe, or APAC preferred)
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting
  • Analytical mindset; experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
  • Bonus: background in nonprofits, education, or knowledge-sharing initiatives
