Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual assets that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building engaging and immersive learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization. You will work in a dynamic team of learning design professionals, supporting a wide range of programs that span both corporate and restaurant audiences globally, such as Leadership Development, Inclusion, Onboarding, Restaurant Curriculum, Corporate Development, Engagement, or Operations.

You will design and develop user experiences using cutting-edge design principles and UI best practices. Your designs will be responsive to all devices and perform well on various devices and network speeds. You will also create mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team, using tools like Adobe XD, PPT, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the content and design requirements. Technologies include After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign, XD.
  • Nice-to-have- Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate
  • Design user experiences using cutting-edge design principles and UI best practices
  • Create mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team. Tools used could include Adobe XD, PPT, etc.
  • Demonstrate good file structure in artistic source, directory, and version management
  • Translate complex concepts into clear and visually compelling stories using creative design techniques
  • Design and develop engaging content and interfaces for games, simulations, communications, marketing assets, and more, in collaboration with designers that can support over 40 languages, including right-to-left
  • Create designs that are responsive to all devices and performs well on various devices and network speeds
  • Develop engaging and interactive graphics, videos, gifs, animations, and other visual assets for L&D programs and initiatives, including communications and marketing materials
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design with design software
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures
  • Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, graphic & video trends, regulations, and best practices are a plus
  • Software / application / web development expertise and skills are a plus
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, Acrobat, XD, PDF, etc Ex
  • Open to learning new systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter
