Job Title: UI Developer

We are seeking a skilled front-end developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and strong front-end development skills as well as an understanding of UI/UX principles.

This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into interactive digital experiences.

  • Develop and implement responsive web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services.
  • Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative UI/UX input.
Main Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).
