Job Summary

A Maintenance Manager in our Solar PV module manufacturing plant will play a crucial role in ensuring that the production processes run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the plant's equipment and machinery in optimal working condition.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • 1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Develop maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the life of assets, oversee corrective maintenance activities when equipment breaks down, including troubleshooting, repairs, and restoring equipment to its optimal condition.
  • 2. Equipment Monitoring & Performance
  • Ensure that machinery and equipment in the production line are functioning at peak performance, identify areas where improvements can be made, implement continuous monitoring techniques to predict potential failures and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Requirements

• Qualification: BTech/Diploma

• Experience: More than 4 years in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Line Maintenance

• Salary: Open & Negotiable
