Job Description

At International Flavors & Fragrances, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Procurement function as a Procurement Domain Expert.

Your Focus

The role will report into our IT Integrated Operations (IO) Organization (Procurement). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology needs, driving implementation, alignment, and execution in Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports project portfolio and drives alignment across the businesses, mapping requirements to delivered solutions.
  • Analyzes and performs basic or complex configuration within SAP Procurement.
  • Documents user requirements, design specifications, system configurations, and test plans.
  • Assists in the design and delivery of new and/or improved systems functionality.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements solutions for process improvements and estimates benefits to ensure standardization, simplification, and integration.
  • Drives efforts to refine business process improvements and the innovative use of integrated systems.
  • Champions governance, alignment, and communication of Best Practice.
  • Provides second-level support to key users for day-to-day problem resolution, including developing and executing occasional on-going training.
  • Develops and maintains N&H key user networks across regions, functional groups, business units, sites, etc.
  • Leads projects through design, testing, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience in ECC SAP Procurement and Integrated Modules.
  • Experience in supporting Procurement Applications (SRM, Zycus, Ariba, Elemica, EDI).
  • Preferred experience in S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of supporting applications.
  • Experience in Project portfolio/lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a similar role within an international organization.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organized and self-directed to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to travel.
