Brand Solutions Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team in a Brand Solutions Trainee role. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing social media presence, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day account needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Manage various social media platforms (posting, monitoring, and basic community management).
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and effectively communicate brand messaging and values.
  • Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Content Calendar: Assist in maintaining and implementing a comprehensive social media content calendar.
  • Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest new content ideas and strategies.
  • Tracker Maintenance: Maintain trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Design Coordination: Coordinate with the design/creative team for execution of creatives and assets.
  • Account Support: Provide day-to-day account support.

Requirements:

  • Creative Flair: Strong creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Social Media Experience: Experience in managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Social Media Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Availability: Availability for a 3-month in-office internship is required.
