Job Title: AI Automation Expert

We are a forward-thinking organization committed to integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive operational efficiency and innovation across all departments.

This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs. The person will play a key role in streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
