Engineering Leadership Opportunity

The Engineering Manager will lead a team in developing new products, solutions, and processes.

This position requires 7-15 years of experience working on delivery, development, and team management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools, as well as proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own product and project commitments for the team, participating in product roadmap discussions and providing inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.
  2. Lead teams in developing new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
  3. Define non-functional requirements and build a system that meets these requirements, performing design and code reviews, and overseeing project logistics and resource allocation.
  4. Use tools and techniques to enhance code quality and design, focusing on constant reduction of technical debt, and suggesting best design and implementation methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with mobile technologies like Android.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL.
