About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional with advanced knowledge in bioinformatics and hands-on experience in clinical projects.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise across multi-omics data types, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), and strong computational methods to analyze high-dimensional omics data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present compelling scientific presentations and develop scalable solutions using biological problem statements and multi-omics data.
  • Derive relevant insights from multi-omics biological data using state-of-the-art statistical methods.
  • Innovate tools, pipelines, and algorithms for multi-omics biological data analysis and visualization.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge graphs and structured data models for AI/ML applications.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Foster account growth and nurture customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or Masters degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field with demonstrated work in clinical projects.
  • Expertise in processing and analyzing omics data to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to big data.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EHR data integration and spatial omics data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
  • Cloud technologies and scalable computing platforms experience.
  • Previous customer collaboration and project delivery experience.
