Job Opportunity: Resident Doctor

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Resident Doctor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Medical Care: Deliver OPD services, emergency, and first aid medical services to patients in a timely manner.
  • Minor Medical Procedures: Perform minor medical procedures that can be done in a Health Centre setting, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate with referral hospitals and government hospitals to provide holistic healthcare services, prioritizing patient needs and satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Procure regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Inventory Management: Periodically review medicine stock, medical equipment, and reconcile discrepancies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and other personnel to ensure roster adherence and regular training and medical education.
  • Training and Education: Provide First Aid training to security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Community Outreach: Conduct health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation camps to promote health and wellness in the community.
  • Policies and Procedures: Comply with all policies and adhere to them at all times, ensuring a high standard of care and service delivery.
