Production Operations Manager

About Us:

We aim to develop innovative solutions for energy, environment, and resource challenges using lithium-ion battery products. Our goal is to produce high-quality battery cells for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining adequate stock levels of raw materials, assembly materials, PPE, and consumables on the shop floor as per production plan.
  • Issuing materials from warehouses to production using various handling equipment such as RGVs, AGVs, Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, Conveyors, etc.
  • Allocating personnel for kitting/de-palletizing, palletising packing, material issues, internal scrap movement, etc.
  • Ensuring zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, variance analysis, etc.
  • Moving hazardous and non-hazardous scrap to designated areas.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of business requirements.
  • Maintaining required entries and documents as per standard operating procedure.
  • Compliance with standards.
  • Managing and issuing PPEs and consumables.

Requirements:

  • Delivering right materials to production at the right time and place.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prevent production stoppages due to material unavailability.
  • Training personnel to use relevant equipment.
