Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution and be proficient in managing complex cases.
In this role, you will be responsible for administering disputes on our online platform, providing administrative and technical assistance to parties involved, and collaborating with other teams to resolve challenges. You will also be expected to manage communication and coordination with parties, neutrals, and other stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency in word processing software. A minimum of 2 years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting is preferred, and a LLB graduate degree is required.
As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of dispute resolution. Your ability to think critically, work collaboratively, and innovate will be essential in driving our company's success.
