We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Management Specialist to join our team at ACIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and integrating Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) with various systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing OIM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Configuring OIM workflows, approval processes, and reconciliation tasks
  • Migrating OIM from version 11g to R12
  • Developing custom connectors using the ICF framework and extending OOTB connectors
  • Creating and modifying SOA composites, custom workflows, and approval policies
  • Customizing user and admin screens in OIM
  • Troubleshooting weblogic issues
  • Developing custom event handlers, scheduled tasks, and adapters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM)
  • Hands-on experience with OIM, including customer connect development, approval workflows, and reconciliation
  • Experience with OIM implementation, installation, and configuration
  • Knowledge of database design, development, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
