We are seeking a highly skilled Unit Sales Manager to join our team at Imbibe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
