Senior Project Leadership

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall success of projects, from design to delivery. This includes project management, scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning of projects within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Erection and Commissioning: Oversee the construction and installation of projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Monthly Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, including engineering, design, and execution.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • SOPs/Checklists/Policies: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and policies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers to ensure their skills and technical competencies are aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Empanel, develop, and manage execution vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 18-22 years in project management and engineering.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to lead and mentor teams, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
