Job Title: Offline Marketing Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses and school orientations, RWA activations, and community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the admissions team, creative/content teams, digital marketing teams, and other relevant departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
