Senior Executive

This is a leadership position within the Student Life department, responsible for managing and enhancing non-academic student life activities on campus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, student engagement, or institutional activities coordination, and possess excellent communication skills in English.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty to create a positive and inclusive campus environment.

The Senior Executive – Student Life will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events and programs designed to enhance the student experience.

This includes organizing activities such as orientation programs, cultural festivals, workshops, and other co-curricular initiatives, as well as providing guidance and support to student clubs and organizations.

The successful candidate will have experience using data to drive program development and will be passionate about enhancing student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events and programs.
• Organize activities such as orientation programs, cultural festivals, workshops, and other co-curricular initiatives.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to student clubs and organizations.
• Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with campus policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Student Affairs, Education, Event Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in student engagement, event management, or institutional activities coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic campus environment.
